What you will have an opportunity to do:

The role of the Seasonal Shuttle Driver is to provide safe and timely transportation for Employees and Guests handled efficiently and professionally. The Seasonal Shuttle Driver is responsible for but not limited to adhering to and practicing the Chatham Bars Inn Service Standards that include Leading Hotels of the World, Forbes, and AAA. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Transporting employees to and from work

  • Assisting the Bell/Valet department with rides, valet and luggage for guests

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of all Guest Services vehicles daily.

  • Completing daily inspections of all vehicles

  • Provide other departments with assistance if needed

  • Assisting with guest inquiries

  • Maintaining communication with the Front Desk at all times

  • Respond to and manage phone activity at the Bell station and on company radios

  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Superior driving skills

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and diverse environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to work closely and cohesively with other departments to ensure optimum guest satisfaction

  • Well-groomed

  • Able to drive for long periods of time during shift(s)

  • Previous experience preferred but not necessary
