Barracuda Networks is seeking an Onboardingand ImplementationConsultantis aproduct specialist for Barracuda Networks security software products focused on onboarding customers with velocity and a strong emphasis on business outcomes. You will work hands-on with customers to ensure fast, successful value realization, while also designing and evolving the onboarding framework, processes, content, and playbooks that standardize and scale our onboarding function across the organization.

What you'll be working on
  • Serve as a product specialist for one or more Barracuda security software solutions, guiding customers throughonboardingjourneys that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead and execute customer onboarding activities with a focus on speed, quality, and value realization, ensuring successful adoption and deployment.
  • Develop, document, andmaintainonboarding frameworks, playbooks, and content (workflows, checklists, templates, knowledge articles) to standardize and scale onboarding across the global customer base.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Product, and Enablement teams to align onboarding activities with customer success metrics and product outcomes.
  • Create customer-facing and internal collateral (guides, runbooks, playbooks, FAQs, dashboards) that accelerate time-to-value and reduce time-to-first-value.
  • Capture feedback from customers and internal stakeholders toidentifygaps, propose improvements, and help drive product and process enhancements.
  • Monitor metrics and provide insights to boost velocity, adoption, and satisfaction
What you bring to the role
  • 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, professional services, customersuccess, or a related field; experience with security software or technology products is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes for customers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, including executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define, track, andreport ononboarding KPIs (time-to-value, adoption rates, customer satisfaction, time-to-first-value, etc.).
  • Experience in developing content and playbooks, with an aptitude for turning complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work (Sales, CS, Product, Enablement, and Professional Services).
  • Comfortable working across time zones in a global organization; flexibility to support international customers as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
