Join Our Care Team at The Enclave at Barnesville

The Enclave at Barnesville is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) team. Our caregivers play a vital role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, respectful, and person-centered care every day.

This position assists residents in attaining and maintaining optimal functional status by supporting the nursing care delivery system under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), while meeting all standards of care set forth by The Enclave at Barnesville.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Follow residents’ individualized plans of care under the direction of the Charge Nurse

  • Provide direct resident care, including but not limited to:

    • Mobility and transfer assistance

    • Grooming and personal hygiene

    • Dining assistance

    • Toileting and continence care

  • Bus and clean dining tables in assigned areas

  • Return dirty dining carts to the kitchen

  • Perform restorative STNA duties as assigned

  • Accurately document care, interventions, and events in the resident record

  • Follow all infection control policies and procedures

  • Communicate changes in resident condition to the RN Supervisor and care team

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Safety, Compliance & Professional Standards
  • Immediately report suspected or actual abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation of property per facility policy

  • Immediately report any work-related injury to your supervisor

  • Support quality assurance, residents’ rights, and regulatory compliance

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administration

Qualifications
