Night Shift CNA / STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant)
The Enclave at Barnesville | Barnesville, OH

$1,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time CNA/STNA hired by 8/1

The Enclave at Barnesville is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our Night Shift team. We are looking for caring and dedicated nursing assistants who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting residents in a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, and continence care

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation

  • Support residents with dining assistance and hydration needs

  • Conduct routine overnight safety checks and rounds

  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team

  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests

  • Accurately document care provided and resident observations

  • Maintain a clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable environment throughout the night

  • Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory policies and procedures

  • Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional resident care

Safety, Compliance & Professional Standards

  • Immediately report suspected or actual abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation of resident property

  • Report work-related injuries and safety concerns promptly

  • Support quality assurance initiatives and regulatory compliance standards

  • Protect resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership

Qualifications

  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required

  • CNA/STNA certification in good standing

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, nursing home, or geriatric care experience preferred
