Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our barn operations team. This role includes general barn maintenance, animal care, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced agricultural environment. All new hires will complete training during daytime hours before being assigned to a permanent shift.

Shift Schedule
Night Shift (Full-Time)

  • Sunday – Thursday
  • 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM

Compensation

  • Starting pay: $18.50/hour
  • Performance evaluation after training period
  • Eligible for potential pay increase based on performance, reliability, and job competency

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily cleaning and maintenance of barn facilities
  • Feeding, watering, and general care of cattle
  • Monitoring barn conditions and reporting issues
  • Supporting overall barn operations and workflow
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Working collaboratively with team members
  • Handling conflict situations professionally and effectively
  • Following all safety and operational procedures
