      • The barista is responsible for greeting guest, answering their questions, and making helpful suggestions regarding coffee and food choices. The barista is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages following the company drink recipes and procedures. The barista understands the importance of the cleanliness of the coffee shop and following safety standards. The barista must be proficient on a computer and able to run a cash register and count change

    • Minimum Education
      • High School Diploma Preferred
    • Minimum Experience
      • One year experience working a cash register preferred
      • Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills
      • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • Must pass SRHC Barista Certification upon completion of orientation
