Brand & Events Manager

Position Summary

The Brand & Events Manager is responsible for building brand awareness, driving guest traffic, and leading the planning and execution of public-facing events and marketing initiatives for SERV. This role owns social media, community visibility, brand consistency, public event promotion, content coordination, and local PR efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, highly proactive, and able to turn ideas into action while keeping the SERV brand polished, relevant, and top of mind in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Protect and strengthen the SERV brand across all guest-facing channels
  • Ensure messaging, tone, visuals, and promotional materials are consistent with brand standards
  • Help shape seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling
  • Maintain a strong understanding of SERV’s voice, audience, and positioning in the market

Marketing & Visibility

  • Own and manage social media calendars, posting, and content execution
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives that drive awareness, traffic, and community engagement
  • Assist with digital marketing efforts, local partnerships, and grassroots promotion
  • Identify opportunities to grow reach, increase engagement, and improve overall visibility
  • Support email marketing, promotional messaging, and event-related communications

Public Events

  • Plan, organize, and promote public events that support guest traffic and brand awareness
  • Build out event calendars in partnership with leadership and operations
  • Coordinate event details across internal teams to ensure readiness and smooth execution
  • Evaluate event performance and recommend adjustments based on turnout, guest feedback, and revenue impact

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate food, beverage, and lifestyle photo shoots
  • Partner with photographers, designers, and outside vendors as needed
  • Help develop promotional assets including flyers, posters, signage, and event graphics
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative materials needed for campaigns and events

Public Relations & Community Outreach

  • Support local PR efforts, media outreach, and community-based brand opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, partners, and influencers
  • Identify opportunities for SERV to remain visible and relevant in the local market
  • Help position SERV as a go-to destination for social, corporate, and community gatherings

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, culinary, sales, and leadership teams
  • Ensure promotions and events are aligned with operational readiness
  • Communicate clearly across departments so marketing efforts translate well onsite
  • Support revenue-driving initiatives tied to walk-in traffic, food and beverage, and events

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, events, brand management, hospitality, or related field
  • Experience in Graphic Design
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal focus plus excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing social media for a brand or business
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with execution and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
  • Experience coordinating events, content shoots, and promotional campaigns preferred
