Barefoot Hide A Way Grill is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Servers to join our team in Panama City Beach, FL. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests by delivering attentive and efficient service in a fast-paced, casual dining environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • Present menus and explain daily specials
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and anticipate guest needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
