Job description

Barefoot Cleaners, LLC is seeking dedicated House Cleaners to join our growing, woman-owned business in Greensboro, NC. This role offers full-time and part-time schedules Monday through Saturday. Employees enjoy a supportive work environment, company-provided vehicles, competitive pay including tips and bonuses, and the chance to work in cleaning teams of 2-3.

Responsibilities

  • Clean residential homes including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, washing baseboards, and scrubbing bathrooms
  • Follow detailed cleaning procedures and client-specific instructions
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
  • Move small furniture as needed during cleaning tasks
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members
  • Manage time effectively to complete 2-3 homes per day
  • Use company vehicles safely for transportation

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license required (company vehicles provided)
  • Ability to lift 10–15 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, twisting, and stair climbing regularly
  • Pass a drug test and have no felonies on background check
  • Positive attitude with attention to detail and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience or interest in residential cleaning and housekeeping
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Good time management and physical stamina
