Job Posting:
- The pick locations are broken into zones by the system when the schedule runs. Each associate is assigned a zone.
- The associate will do all of the work required for their assigned zone.
- The associate scans the carton barcode and the RF device directs the associate to the first location.
- The associate picks the designate number of garments and scans each UPC barcode to verify they are the correct garments.
- Verified units are placed in the carton.
- If the case has more picks for the pick area it is pushed down the line to the remaining zones.
- Completed cases are closed and placed on the take away conveyer to complete processing.
