Job description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with NorthShore Care Supply, a growing medical supply company in Green Oaks, IL.
We are hiring for a Warehouse Clerk.
Pay Rate: $18
Schedule: Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Days Off: Thursday & Saturday
Overtime may be required based on business needs
Warehouse Clerk Summary:
  • Support warehouse operations through receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping medical supply products.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
Warehouse Clerk Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using pick carts, pallets, and conveyors.
  • Use computers and barcode scanners to process inventory and shipping transactions.
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Inspect and repair merchandise as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse pick, pack, and shipping experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to operate computers and barcode scanning equipment.
  • Must be able to work the scheduled shift and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to continuously lift up to 50 pounds.
