Your Role: Systems Integration Assistant

In this role, you will be an integral part of our Systems Sales Team, helping to turn customer dreams into reality.

What You Will Do:
  • Generate profitable sales of Barbizon's products and services by actively engaging with industry clients through inside and outside sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and contractors.
  • Utilize and expand knowledge base of products, applications, and paths to market to better serve clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Professionally represent the Systems Division by showcasing our capabilities and expertise to potential clients in a personable, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and bills of material in response to project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Your Impact:

    As a Systems Salesperson, your contributions will resonate beyond mere tasks.

    You will:
  • Oversee the lifecycle of sales opportunities from initial request to final bid.
  • Contribute to postsale project handoff meetings, ensuring accurate and detailed information is relayed to Project Managers and Service Technicians.
  • Nurture and expand vendor relationships, building a network that strengthens our project foundations.
  • Provide postsale support to our Project Management and Technical Services Departments, and to our Customers.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Team to create and improve synergy and efficiency.
  • Who You Are:
  • An experienced professional, with expertise in Stage, Studio and Architectural lighting control, power distribution and fixtures.
  • A team player, capable of assimilating large amounts of information and keeping multiple projects moving forward concurrently.
  • A strong communicator, demonstrating clear, confident, and effective communication, enhancing customer service and consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Resilient under pressure, adept at meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Thrives in an openconcept office environment, designed to promote communication and collaboration.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in AutoCad and Bluebeam.

    The salary range for a Systems Integration Assistant at Barbizon Lighting Company’s Atlanta location is currently $60K to $70K per annum, depending upon experience. Please be aware extensive industry experience or specific skills that fully match, or exceed what is required, may in fact increase this range. We strongly encourage all to apply.

    In addition to the base pay listed here, Barbizon offers a generous compensation package including medical, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, profit share, and a matching 401k Plan at no cost to the employee.
