Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, friendly Member Concierge/Front Desk Reception to provide exceptional service to our Men's Grooming Shop clients. The Concierge will assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes, and process payments. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with Stylists/Barbers/Nail Technicians to coordinate availability, answering guest inquiries, and completing paperwork promptly and accurately. The Concierge must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with busy situations. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor the maintain knowledge of shop operations and activities
  • Make appointments and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
  • Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
  • Describe the services provide at Hammer & Nails
  • Provide information regarding available Member Grooming Clubs (Membership)
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Qualifications
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Familiarity with salon/spa industry standards
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
