The Role
As a Bar Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead your bartenders, own the beverage program, and drive the kind of high-energy service that turns a good night into a great one and a first-time guest into a regular.
What You'll Do
  • Lead all bar operations, beverage execution, and bartender performance to deliver exceptional service every shift
  • Drive beverage sales through upselling, creative programming, and sharp execution during events and peak periods
  • Train bartenders in mixology, guest engagement, and responsible alcohol service
  • Manage beverage inventory, cost controls, ordering, and bar-level financial performance
  • Stay visible during high-volume shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, supporting the team and resolving issues in real time
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, cleanliness, and alcohol service regulations

What You'll Bring
  • 3 or more years of bar or beverage leadership experience in a high-volume, revenue-focused setting
  • A track record of growing beverage sales and executing promotional programs
  • Experience developing bartenders in fast-paced, guest-focused environments
