Responsible for safely preparing food, processing transactions and maintaining Family Style Service for guests in the Express Snack Bar.
Responsibilities
  • Prepares items according to standards while maintaining consistency and quality of product.
  • Maintains cleanliness of productions and service areas.
  • Assists management with implementation and execution of sanitation, health and OSHA regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Sound technical understanding of manuals, policies and procedures.
  • Experience in the culinary field as well as cash register use is not required, but preferred.
  • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
