Job Summary
Manages, controls, and plans the activities of the bar.

General Accountabilities
• Plans, supervises, and allocates the day-to-day operational activities of the bar.
• Schedules bartenders according to the level of customer demand.
• Forecasts the daily flow of customers and adjusts the number of staff for each shift accordingly.
• Ensures that the inventory of the bar is well managed.
• Tracks all the sales of all types of drinks including beers, cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages.
• Ensures that the bar is cleaned on a daily basis.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
