This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving a diverse client base through telehealth platforms. You will utilize modern digital tools and telecommunication systems to connect with patients, conduct assessments, and deliver therapeutic interventions, promoting efficiency and convenience in client interactions.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Arrowhead, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient intake assessments to evaluate mental health needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with primary care providers.
• Delivering focused therapeutic interventions for individuals seeking mental health services, including crisis management and behavioral support.
• Monitoring patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Developing and implementing relapse prevention strategies to assist patients in maintaining stability and managing their mental health disorders effectively.
• Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both physical and mental health needs, including referral to specialty services when necessary.
• Documenting all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring a thorough record of progress is maintained in compliance with organizational protocols and regulatory standards.
• Participating in the continuous evaluation of behavioral health services and providing recommendations for program improvements.
• Supporting patients in understanding and managing any medical treatments prescribed by primary care providers, enhancing their overall wellness and recovery.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A master’s degree in Clinical Counseling or a closely related field.

• Familiarity with developmental psychopathology and experience with therapeutic methodologies, including family and group therapy.

While not required, candidates with the following qualifications will be favored:

Arrowhead offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
