General Manager – High-Volume Mediterranean Restaurant & Bar



We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume Mediterranean restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume restaurant operations, Mediterranean or upscale-casual cuisine, and bar management.


This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who understands how to create an exceptional guest experience while driving sales, profitability, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and front- and back-of-house teams.
  • Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance.
  • Manage a high-volume dining room and busy bar operation.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Mediterranean-inspired food, beverage, and service standards.
  • Oversee beverage sales, inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
  • Manage labor, scheduling, food costs, beverage costs, and operating expenses.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top hospitality talent.
  • Create an energetic, welcoming, and accountable team culture.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service.
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, liquor, and company regulations.
  • Analyze sales and operational results and implement strategies to improve performance.

Qualifications
