Their responsibilities include restocking supplies, cleaning glasses and bar areas, preparing garnishes, and ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to serve customers efficiently. Bar Helpers play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of a bar, especially during busy hours. They may also help with basic cleaning and organizing, but typically do not serve drinks directly to customers.

What are the typical responsibilities and expectations for a bar helper during a busy shift?

As a Bar Helper, you are essential in supporting bartenders and ensuring smooth operations, especially during peak hours. Your main tasks often include restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, clearing tables, and assisting with basic drink preparation under supervision. It's important to stay organized, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and communicate well with both the bar team and floor staff.
