The responsibility of the bar back is to assist the Bartender with the following duties:Maintain clealiness and orderliness of bar. Prepare mixes and garnishes. Stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, VIP bottle service kits and other necessary items needed for efficient operation.

Pull liquor from storage rooms. Keep the floor clear of debris, spilled drinks and glassware.The bar back does not prepare alcoholic beverages.
