Open Shifts:
Skilled
  • Full-Time 2nd Shift (2:00 PM -10:30 PM)

Assisted Living
  • Full-Time 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) Tuesday - Saturday
  • Full-Time 1st/2nd shift split
  • Part-Time 3rd Shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)

Starting wage: $19hr + based on experience
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification and listing in the Illinois Nurse Aide Registry
  • Compassionately motivated about serving and celebrating seniors
  • Act with integrity by providing specialized care to residents with Alzheimer's & Dementia
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture thriving on teamwork and positive attitudes
  • Ability to navigate electronic medical record system
