Job description

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner | Make a Meaningful Impact in Your Community
Provide high-quality, no-cost primary care to uninsured children through Banner Health's Community Clinic in the West Valley (Tolleson). Funded by Banner Health Foundation, this established 0.6 FTE position offers a rewarding schedule while serving families who need it most.
Position Highlights
  • Part-time schedule: 24 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Location: Banner Children's Community Clinic, 9401 W Garfield St., Tolleson, AZ 85353
  • Manageable patient volume: 10-15 patients per day
  • Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care to children from birth through age 18
  • Work one-on-one with a dedicated Medical Assistant in a close-knit clinic setting
  • Access to Banner Health specialists and referral support
  • Light call responsibilities
What We're Looking For
  • Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) certification required
  • 2+ years of pediatric primary care experience
  • Active Nurse Practitioner designation with eligibility for Arizona licensure
  • DEA with prescriptive authority required
  • Patient-centered provider with strong communication skills and a passion for serving underserved pediatric populations
