Role Overview
In this essential role, you will administer a range of cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
Requirements:
  • Possess a current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetic nursing
  • Demonstrate a strong foundation in performing core medical aesthetic services, including injectables (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm fillers, Restylane fillers, Sculptra)
  • Exhibit an eagerness to learn and offer new and innovative services to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical aesthetics through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate client records
  • Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
  • Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
  • Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
  • Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly individual service goals.
