This team serves as a vital link between our ancillary products and core banking systems, ensuring successful implementations for our clients. In this Analyst role, you'll gain hands-on experience managing multiple projects, updating core system configurations, and supporting live client implementations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

The salary range for this position is $48,350- $60,400 and will be determined based on location and experience level.
All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.
What you'll be responsible for:
• Analyze the customers' existing products and processes and consult with the customer to map existing systems to the Jack Henry product.
• Prepares the customer for the installation, takes the customer through the installation process, and provides training and support to the customer poste installation.
• Oversees and performs the system set-up for the customer (parameters settings, job file processing, etc.) Ensures the process will run on software.
• Provides support and guidance on the software assisting with functional and technical questions. Answer questions on features and usage of the software. Support could be remote or on customer site.
• Communicate with other stakeholders that include programmers, team members, and team leader. Maintaining communication with the customer during the entire project.
• Prepares training materials and documentation for customer use.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office, operations, customer support, banking, financial services, technology, or project-based environment.
• Experience following documented procedures, workflows, or standard operating processes while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and support clients or business partners.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional after-hours support, on-call responsibilities, and participation during live implementation or production events.
• Understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, financial products, or related business processes.
