Ourassociate position offers a unique opportunity for professionals seeking to play a meaningful role in our continued growth while gaining significant experience in M&A, debt, equity and equity-linked transactions. Theassociate will prepare valuations, write memorandums for company sale assignments and private placements, prepare M&A analyses, and participate in due diligence and drafting sessions for public offerings. The associate is responsible for structuring and executing transactions, and typically functions as a backup for relationships with important clients, is generally the key contact for some clients, and begins to assume some important new business responsibilities.

The anticipated starting salary for Birmingham-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $135,000 - $225,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
