Job description

The Senior Order Managementspecialistis responsible formanaging customer orders throughout thefulfilmentlifecycle while serving as the operational owner of the organization's ERP, CRM, and order management processes. The role ensures seamless coordination between Sales, Customer Success, Fulfilment, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver orders accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilmentto shipment,monitoringprogressand proactivelymanagerisks, delays, and dependencies.
  • Act as the operational liaison between Sales,fulfilment,quality,logistics, Engineering,Manufacturing & Service Delivery.
  • Ensurealignment of customer commitments with operational capacity,maintainingaccuratestockcontroland proactively escalating missing or delayed deliveries.
  • Act as the business owner and super-user for ERP, CRMand partner with IT teams and vendors to enhance business systems and resolve operational issues.
  • Create and manage workflows, approvals, notifications, and reporting structures within ERP and CRM platforms.
  • Define, develop, andmaintainoperational KPIs and dashboardsand produce weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability and operational excellence.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in either Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systemsor Engineering
Experience
  • 3-7 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, or Customer Operations.
  • Experience administering ERP and CRM systems.
  • Proven experience designing operational workflows and business processes.
  • Experience developing KPI dashboards and management reporting.
  • Experience working within technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, aerospace,defence, or systems integration environments preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced ERP and CRM administration.
