Position Summary

With moderate supervision performs first tier operational and technical support for the E-Services Department. Responds to telephone, secure messages, and e-mail inquiries. Monitors product usage and systems operation. This includes support with Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, e-Statements, Mobile Deposits, online account opening and other electronic services. Pull daily reports to monitor system performance and monitor activities.

Resolve problems within given authority by troubleshooting issues. Assists in systems configuration and maintenance. Serve as a product expert for all electronic banking services. Provide recommendations for updating department procedures and forms. Helps in training staff and members on the features and benefits of all electronic banking services.

Position requires periodic written communication. The individual in this role must be proactive in identifying the root cause of an issue to ensure appropriate support and resolution is provided.

Work Location

This position is located at Corporate Headquarters in Downtown Baltimore. Incumbent will be required to report in office for this role. Upon completion of 90 days incumbent may work hybrid schedule.

Education

  • High School Diploma – Required
  • General Education Degree (GED) – in lieu of H.S. Diploma

Experience

  • Three (3) Years – Customer Service - Required
  • Digital Banking – Preferred
  • Project Management - Preferred

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots and resolves member digital banking support needs.
  • Process online banking, business banking, bill pay, and eStatement registrations.
  • Review, decision, and process online membership and deposit account applications.
  • Review various reports to monitor various system performance and activities.
  • Contact members regarding their online activities; explain features and benefits of digital banking solutions.
  • Collaborates with other Electronic Banking Team Members to ensure seamless team processes are adequate and efficient.
  • Complete daily file uploads and audits.
  • The individual in this role also supports other duties as needed or required.

Salary Range per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this position, the successful candidate is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, keyboards or controls; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and stoop or kneel.
