Rosedale Bank is seeking an experienced retail banking leader to oversee the daily success of one of our community-focused branches. This role is ideal for a banking professional with a proven background in branch operations, relationship banking, and team leadership who is passionate about developing employees, deepening customer relationships, and driving branch performance.

As Branch Manager, you'll combine hands-on banking expertise with people leadership to create exceptional customer experiences, ensure operational excellence, foster a relationship-focused sales culture, and support the growth of both your team and your branch. What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to create a high-performing, customer-focused team.
  • Drive branch growth by building customer relationships, identifying financial needs, generating referrals, and supporting business development efforts.

What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
  • Minimum five (5) years of retail banking experience and three (3) years of management experience.
  • Proven success leading and developing teams while achieving business and service goals.
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products, operations, compliance requirements, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, sales, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at other branch locations as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to remain in a standing position for long periods of time (50% of the time)
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Bending required to access the coin vault, ATM and night drop.
  • Ability to work at other branch locations based on business need.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings and weekends and flexibility during the week.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
