What You'll Do

As a Member Service Representative/Teller, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service while building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
  • Balance your cash drawer and maintain accurate daily transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet members' financial needs.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to member questions, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
  • Welcome members and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
  • Assist with administrative duties including scanning, filing, data entry, and other support tasks.
