Manage security within assigned branch or building. This role may require the incumbent to float to multiple locations. Provide a strong presence and greet all people entering the building. Be aware of and report any unusual or suspicious activity. Provide leadership during escalated and/or life safety events. Assist bank colleagues with security and safety related issues.Job Accountabilities Facilitate and manage the identification, screening and registration of all visiting colleagues, customers, vendors, contractors and delivery personnel. In branches, will have a lobby presence and greet all visitors. Conducts building security checks and maintains awareness of surroundings at all times. Responds to incidents requiring assistance, as needed. Maintains guard post and operates security equipment including surveillance and alarm systems. Serves as the building Office Security Coordinator and assists as needed with individual location needs (i.e. monitoring parking lots, etc.). Perform routine system reviews to ensure equipment is operating as intended. Record identified errors and submit service tickets to request repair. Ensure adherence to appropriate security protocol and support critical incident response. Facilitate and assist in the training/testing of the emergency readiness program, conducting an evacuation drill annually.
