Job Title: Dealer
Department: Table Games
Reports to: Floor Supervisor
Basic purpose or function: This position deals with the assigned game while maintaining the highest guest standard and security of the game.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Follows established policies and procedure.
  • Deals assigned games, including Blackjack, Poker, Craps, and Roulette
  • Interacts with guests in a pleasant, professional and friendly manner.
  • Verifies table fills and credits.
  • Verifies table bank roll.
  • Maintains the security of assigned game at all times.
  • Notifies the Floor Supervisor on any irregularities in guests play.
  • Notifies the Floor Supervisor of any equipment breakdowns.
  • Knowledge of current Casino events and promotions
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Friendly and pleasant personality
  • Basic math skills a necessity
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Appearance must be neat and well groomed.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Constant mental alertness needed.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a minimum of two (2) weeks dealer training, or previous dealing experience
  • Must obtain Key gaming license.
  • Must complete Title "31" training.
