Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in the design and deployment of CTI Platform services aligned with enterprise architecture standards

-Develop and maintain InfrastructureasCode solutions, including Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks

-Enable highly complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patterns

-Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve service reliability, resiliency, and efficiency

-Promote DevOps best practices, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, supporting enterprise-scale platforms and services

-2+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies

-2+ years of hands-on experience developing Ansible playbooks and automation

-2+ years of experience with CI/CD toolchains including Git (Bitbucket preferred), Jenkins, and Ansible Tower

-Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling

-Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting

-2+ years of experience working within a DevOps culture and practices

-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams

Desired Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Linux operating systems

-Experience with container technologies

-Working knowledge of Kubernetes

-Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift

-Experience with data platforms such as:
