Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and deployment of CTI Database Platform services aligned with enterprise architecture standards
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions, including Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks
  • Enable highly complex implementations through automation and reusable deployment patterns
  • Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to improve service reliability, resiliency, and efficiency
  • Promote DevOps best practices, automation-first thinking, and continuous improvement
  • Understand and implement database lifecycle management actions into PaaS IaC pipelines
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, supporting enterprise‑scale platforms and services
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code technologies
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing Ansible playbooks and automation
  • 2+ years of experience with CI/CD toolchains including Git (Bitbucket preferred), Jenkins, and Ansible Tower
  • 2+ years of experience working within a DevOps culture and practices
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and tooling
  • Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems
  • Experience with container technologies
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Architect experience with data platforms such as :
