What You Will Do:
We are currently searching for an Enclave Project Manager. The Enclave Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects or larger bodies of work related to enclave operations. This role ensures that project scope, schedule, and resources are effectively managed to deliver high-quality outcomes and maintain customer satisfaction. The Project Manager leads the project team, monitors performance, and ensures alignment with organizational and contractual goals. This is a full-time onsite position supporting the NIH office in Bethesda, MD.

  • Provide strategic oversight and direction for multiple enclave-related projects.

  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

  • Assemble and lead project teams, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration.

  • Maintain high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination and stakeholder communication.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • A minimum of TWO (2) years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in federal IT or enclave-related projects.

  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Experience in federal enclave environments, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical components.

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
