The Personal Banker II will assist customers with their immediate, short-term and long-term financial needs through the handling of transactions, new account openings, and appropriate partner referrals. The incumbent will ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures. This role would also include Seasonal, Part Time, and Floater positions.

This role is part of our branch family and enables high performers to grow into more senior or lateral roles across the bank. This position requires a basic understanding of banking procedures.

Requirements:Responsibilities

· Deliver exceptional customer service while performing a variety of customer transactions and inquiries.

· Processing transactions like cash deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, and balance inquiries

· Achieve and exceed sales targets for deposits, loans, and other banking products and services.

· Execute customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

· Execute corporate sales, service, and operational campaigns and initiatives.

· Ensure efficient and effective daily operations, ensuring adherence to bank policies, procedures, and internal controls.

· Resolve and escalate customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

· Cultivate strong relationships with customers.

· Ensure compliance with banking regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, privacy, consumer protection).

· Maintain knowledge of the Bank’s products/services, pricing, and the Bank’s operating systems, customer relationship management software, utilize software to identify customers’ needs and actively refer to other lines of business.

· Ensure a high-touch, personalized banking experience for customers.

· Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers toward financial solutions that meet their needs.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Sales experience, focused on cross-selling products and services, is required.

Physical Requirements

· This job requires standing for long hours and handling cash and financial documents. The ability to operate standard office equipment, including a cash drawer, receipt validators, and pressure encoders, is also required.
