Job description

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers while accurately processing financial transactions and supporting daily branch operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks
  • Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Promote bank products and services based on customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally
  • Assist with branch operations and support team goals
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and procedures


Qualifications:
