About The Role

As a Personal Banker, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering friendly, expert service and tailored financial solutions to help our members grow their financial wellbeing. You'll support a range of member banking needs-including account management, loans, and digital banking-in a collaborative, professional setting.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
  • Open and maintain various account types, such as checking, savings, IRAs, and trusts.
  • Assist members with transactions, loan applications, and account inquiries, debit card replacements, online banking, and direct deposit letters.
  • Educate and support members in using digital banking tools and services.
  • Resolve account issues and debit card disputes efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support branch operations through clerical tasks, balancing duties, and participation in audits.

Is This You?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in banking/financial services
  • Strong communication/interpersonal, attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic computer operation
  • Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities based on member needs
  • Ability to be bonded
  • Preferred But Not Required: Proficiency with Fiserv DNA; Associate or Bachelor's degree (business, finance, or related); Experience with lending; Financial products/services knowledge
