* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Finance is preferred
* 1 -- 2 years of administrative experience
* Capable of meeting strict deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to effectively work with employees at all levels
* Must be detail oriented, analytical and organized
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment Job Description
* Assists in the analysis of data and extracts and defines relevant information
* Conduct verification of data for accuracy
* Acts as the liaison for business units to determine report needs
* Create and provide routine reports
* Provides trends for responsible business units
* Manages data and assists in the development of data retention procedures
* Arrange any necessary travel
* Review invoices for proper approval
* Assist with coordinating donation requests for community events and completing documentation
