Job description

JOB TYPE: Part-time as needed

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide back up to current Couriers when on vacation. Responsible for the secure, timely, and direct delivery of packages, documents, and other high-priority items between SMB branches in accordance with the schedule. Maintain bank premises for a clean and safe environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Deliver and pick up work between the branches according to the schedule.
  • Secure all bank material in a locked vehicle when leaving the vehicle.
  • Service or schedule service for bank vehicles according to the guidelines established.
  • Recognize opportunities to cross sell bank products and services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor relating to the bank and its functions.

SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to maintain a schedule and be on time.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based upon business needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to bend, twist, lift frequently while loading and unloading vehicles, and be able to navigate stairs.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at times.
