The Headquarters Concierge serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, business partners, and employees entering Mountain West Bank's new Corporate Headquarters in beautiful downtown Coeur d'Alene. This individual creates an exceptional first impression by providing a warm, professional welcome while ensuring guests are efficiently connected with the appropriate department or team members.
Beyond reception responsibilities, the Headquarters Concierge supports the daily operations of the headquarters by coordinating meeting spaces, assisting with corporate events, maintaining an inviting lobby environment, and delivering a hospitality-focused experience that reflects the bank's commitment to outstanding customers service and community relationships.
A successful Headquarters Concierge is someone who makes every visitor feel valued from the moment they walk through the door. They anticipate needs before being asked, build relationships across the organization, support colleagues wherever needed, and create an environment that reflects the warmth, professionalism, and personalized service that define Mountain West Bank. They understand that every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen the bank's reputation and reinforce its commitment to exceptional service.
Essential Functions

  • Create an exceptional first impression by warmly greeting every client, visitor, vendor, and employee entering headquarters.
  • Professionally determine visitor needs and direct or escort guests to the appropriate department, office, or meeting location
  • Notify employees of arriving guests and coordinate visitor check-in procedures
  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional lobby and reception area always
  • Coordinate conference room schedules and ensure meeting spaces are prepared for internal and external meetings
  • Provide refreshments and hospitality services for guests, board meetings, client meetings, and special events
  • Assist in planning and supporting employee events, customer appreciation events, community gatherings and executive meetings held at headquarters
  • Serve as resource for visitors by providing general information about the bank and headquarters
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Perform additional administrative and hospitality duties as assigned

About You
Required Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three or more years of prior office/secretarial experience
  • Professional presence with a polished and welcoming demeanor
  • Hospitality and service mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements
Is able to bend, sit, and stand in order to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

What We Offer
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position. We offer an extensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Coverage is available to employees and their eligible dependents in accordance with our written plan documents. You may also be eligible for a health savings account option, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a health rewards program, a retirement savings plan, including 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans, short and long-term disability benefits, education and training benefits, and discounts on banking products and services. We also offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) plan and paid holidays. PTO accruals begin at .0745 per hour worked for our part time employees up to a maximum accrual of 240 hours per year for certain Full-Time employees. PTO accruals are dependent on position, status (Full time or Part time), and years of experience in accordance with our PTO policy. Most Full-Time employees are also offered 6 paid holidays and Part Time employees are offered pro-rated paid holidays.
