Job description

Mixing joint compound, and carrying joint compound, or Dryvit up to 65 pounds. Tape, fill, and finish as to the required level of finish. Erect, and climb various types of scaffolds and aerial lifts to reach different elevations.
Lifting up to 65 pounds (one bucket of joint compound mixed).
Lifting, pushing, and pulling 25 to 30 pounds (drywall tools ie: banjo, and taper) on a regular and consistent basis. Approximately four to five hours per day.
Lifting, pushing, and pulling 5 to 10 pounds (drywall hand tools) frequently, five to six hours per day.
Lifting, and pushing 15 pounds (mixer) for drywall mud occasionally, once per hour.
Pushing and pulling 15 pounds (drywall tools) continuously above and at shoulder height.
Holding a flat box and using angle tools in a repetitive manner for up to four to six hours per day.
Full use of fingers and both hands are required for this manually dexterous position. Manual dexterity along with simultaneous mental and muscular coordination is an essential job requirement.
Standing and walking for eight hours, except for lunch and 15 minutes of breaks.
Walking and working off stilts up to four to six hours per day.
Erecting scaffold to reach different elevations. Scaffold components vary in weight from 45 lbs to 60 lbs or greater.
Climbing scaffolds as high as three to four stories, possibly higher, four to eight times per day, when jobs are above ground level.
Some outside exterior work. Hot in summer, cold in winter. Job site conditions are influenced by many other types of trades. Intermittent noise. Some dusty and dirty conditions. Uneven walking surfaces.
