The Role:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, development, and execution of programs to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

This position reports directly to the Marketing Communication Manager and is located at the Crawfordsville, IN location. Travel will be limited to approximately 10-30%.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs & communication tools including:
    • Marketing collateral such as product manuals, advertisements, brochures, sales sheets & flyers
    • Website and web shop content including product descriptions, photos, videos, distributor locator, and technical documents
    • Social media content supported by maintaining calendar of posts, audience engagement, performance analytics, and monitoring trends
    • Internal and external communication such as email campaigns
    • Additional content as assigned by Marketing Communication Manager
  • Analyze and report on performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Design, produce and maintain Banjo and KZValve's annual product catalog, ensuring alignment with brand standards
  • Foster and enforce appropriate brand messaging, visual identity, and guidelines across all communication platforms
  • Coordinate all activities for trade show exhibitions including arranging appropriate booth staffing and managing trade booth logistics
  • Support product marketing initiatives, including messaging development, promotional campaigns and product positioning strategies
  • Write, proofread and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new market opportunities
  • Work with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing programs
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and other sales tools
  • Optimize the CRM platform to support lead generation, customer segmentation and campaign performance tracking
  • Analyze CRM data to identify customer trends and opportunities for targeted marketing strategies
