The Job You Will Perform:
  • Must be capable of safely operating the main line conveyors, unitizer and partition bander
  • Ensuring appropriate top sheets are in place for each unit.
  • Responsible for maintaining impeccable housekeeping and machine organization during downtime and machine maintenance.
  • Must continually solve problems to reach optimum machine performance.
  • Accurately completing quality and administrative documents.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

The Skills You Will Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred. Trade School and/or advanced degree preferred
  • Two years or more experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. (corrugated manufacturing is a plus).
  • Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other employees, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, etc) and be able to perform basic arithmetic including additions, subtractions, multiplications, division and use of a tape measure.
  • Comply with all IPs Safety rules and Quality policies and protocols at all times.
  • Counting and stacking finished product
  • Reading factory orders
  • Ability to use basic tools, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc..
