Job description

Car Wash Site Manager

Balise is looking for a Car Wash Site Manager to run the daily operations of the car wash.

Job Description:

  • Managing your profit centers; express Car Wash & Detail Center.
  • Establish total customer satisfaction; resolving all customers concerns.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new car wash employees according to Balise Car wash expectations.
  • Implement car wash quality standards
  • Manager overall vehicle flow and production in express car wash operation
  • Perform schedule preventative maintenance for the car wash equipment.
  • Follow all compliance safety regulations, promoting safe behaviors to all employees.
  • Work closely with the Detail Center Manager to ensure customer satisfaction for all customers of the facility
  • Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
  • A current valid driver's license and insurability rating is required
  • This position may require up to 10% travel.
