Hire, manage, and provide coaching and support to a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet performance targets and provide excellent customer service. Manage key client relationships, including identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products and services. Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services, ensuring that sales professionals are equipped to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
