Position Summary:
The Recruiter - Corporate provides full-cycle recruiting support for corporate functions, partnering closely with the Senior Recruiter - Corporate and business leaders across the organization. This role manages mid-level and entry-level corporate requisitions, sources and screens candidates, coordinates hiring processes, and supports compensation and job evaluation activities. The Recruiter also assists in data reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of time-to-fill and other key hiring metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and entry-level corporate roles (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations Support).
  • Partner with the Senior Recruiter - Corporate and hiring managers to clarify role needs and coordinate interview processes.
  • Support sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Coordinate interviews, schedule candidates, assist with assessments, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to process, move, and track candidates, ensuring 100% data integrity and compliance.
  • Partner with operations and the Senior Recruiters to understand staffing targets and scheduling needs.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly hiring reports including time-to-fill and pipeline progress.
  • Help maintain recruiting dashboards and data integrity for leadership reporting.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and professional networking events.
  • Ensure consistent application of hiring standards and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of corporate recruiting experience or HR generalist experience with recruiting exposure.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple roles concurrently.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Exposure to compensation processes, job evaluation, or FLSA analysis preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with cross-functional collaboration.
