About the Role
The Overnight Production Lead is a hands-on position that works alongside the production team to help keep nightly production running smoothly. This role supports daily production, helps maintain quality standards, and assists with training and leading the team throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with nightly bakery production.
  • Lead by example and support the production team.
  • Help keep production organized and on schedule.
  • Maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Keep workstations, equipment, and production areas clean and organized.
  • Help train new team members.
  • Assist with inventory organization and restocking.
  • Communicate any production or equipment issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
