Sanitation/Production Operator | 3rd Shift

Job Summary
As a Sanitation/Production Operator, you will support the production of quality bakery products by operating production and packaging equipment, maintaining product consistency, and safely handling finished goods.
Job Duties
  • Operate mixers and extruders to produce consistent dough
  • Operate packaging equipment to bag and box finished bakery products
  • Palletize finished products and operate a forklift to move and store packaged goods
  • Follow company quality, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized production environment
Pay
$20/hour
Schedule
3rd shift | 8–10 hour overnight shifts
Specific days and shift start/end times will be provided during the hiring process.
Experience or Skill Requirements
  • Previous production, manufacturing, sanitation, or related experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to stand for 8–10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to periodically work in confined spaces
  • Forklift experience is a plus
