  • Jump in to help teammates wherever needed.
We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Is dependable and shows up ready to work.
  • Is organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations and orders at once.
  • Pays close attention to details and takes pride in accuracy.
  • Communicates clearly, both in writing and over the phone.
  • Is comfortable learning new systems and software.
  • Works well with a team.
  • Is available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
What We Offer
  • Average starting pay is $16-$18 (base hourly plus shared tips)
  • Employee discount
  • Free pastry every shift
  • Free birthday cake
  • Paid training
  • Consistent scheduling
  • Opportunities for raises and advancement
  • Daytime hours with no late-night shifts

Whether you're helping plan a wedding cake, a birthday celebration, or simply answering a question about tomorrow's pickup, your attention to detail and communication help create a great experience long before guests walk through our doors.
Our bakery can get busy, especially around holidays and weekends. We help each other, communicate often, and take pride in doing things the right way.
If this sounds like the kind of job you're looking for, we'd love to meet you.
