Job description

We are looking for a fast, reliable, and passionate Pizza Maker to join our kitchen crew. Whether you are stretching dough from scratch or managing a busy oven during the Friday night rush, you will be the core of our back-of-house operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in crafting the perfect pie, we want you on our line.

What You’ll Do

  • Dough & Prep: Prepare pizza dough, portion it, and stretch/toss it to order. Prep fresh toppings, sauces, and cheeses before the shift begins.
  • The Build: Build pizzas quickly and accurately according to our recipes and specific customer modifications.
  • Oven Management: Manage the pizza ovens, constantly monitoring temperatures, rotation, and bake times for the perfect crust.

What You Need

  • Experience: Previous experience making pizzas in a high-volume restaurant environment is highly preferred.
  • The Hustle: The ability to work quickly, multitask, and stay calm under pressure during peak lunch and dinner rushes.
  • Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long shifts, working near hot ovens, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs (like bags of flour).
  • Food Safety: A valid Food Handler's Permit (or the ability to obtain one upon hiring).
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends.
