We’re looking for Bakers who can prepare, bake, and maintain the high-quality standards our patties are known for. If you enjoy hands-on work, consistency, and being part of a positive kitchen team, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, portion, and bake products according to recipes and production schedules
  • Monitor ovens and equipment for correct time, temperature, and product quality
  • Maintain consistent product appearance, taste, and texture
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with ingredients and supplies
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and prep areas throughout and at the end of the shift
  • Communicate product levels, bake times, and any issues to management and the team
  • Support overall kitchen operations and help where needed
  • Qualifications
  • Prior baking, kitchen, or food production experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
